How do I join?

This is the easy part. To become a member of our Wonder Woman Fitness community you first need to go through our 28 Day Challenge. The 28 Day Challenge is our on-boarding experience which is like no other.

When you register, a member from the Wonder Woman Fitness Team will contact you to book you in for your complete Nutrition, Health and Fitness Consultation.


In this FREE consult, we will discuss your goals, previous training history, what has held you back from your results, your current nutrition and any injuries or movement restrictions you may have.


This is a chance for you to get to know us, find out what Wonder Woman Fitness is all about and see that we are not your ordinary gym, we are much much more.

Do I need to be fit to join?

No. In fact, you don't need to have any experience training to join. We have people that train with us who are very fit but, we also have people that train with us who are just starting.


Our programs are adapted to your needs and level of fitness.

I have an injury. I have a bad back, knee, shoulder etc. Can I still take part in the program?

Yes. A high percentage of our clients will start with some sort of injury/strain. 


Our Personal Trainers will be able to adapt our program to you and work around your injury.


We are not physiotherapists, nor do we treat clients who are in pain. But, often as a by product of our program by building strength, improving your movement and fitness your injury/strain may no longer be a problem for you.
